Here's the deal. In January my wife and I signed up for a 3 month weight loss competition. 55 people signed up and threw money in a pot and the winner takes all, over $1,600! The first month went OK, I dropped 7 pounds. The second month was a struggle, but I dropped 5 more. March, however, is the final month and by my calculations I need to drop 34 more pounds the pull even with the leaders. Of course, they are still losing too so I'm going to round that to 40 pounds. 40 pounds in 30 days. Unreasonable? Probably. Unhealthy and dangerous? Most Likely. But I'm a big guy and I have plenty to shed so don't you worry about me. I'm approaching this as a quest in a video game. Losing pounds like gaining XP or leveling up. I'm not into weight loss shakes, pills, supplements, detoxes, or wonder diets. I am just planning on eating healthy meals and exercising every night if possible. What do you think? Can he do it?
